Therefore, AAI invites application from the candidates capable to arbitrate upon the disputes arising out of legal issues, contract management and infrastructure projects related to Aviation Industry, etc. \[A\] The following are eligible to apply: a) Retired, Supreme Court and High Court Judges; b) Retired, Secretary, Special Secretary & Additional Secretary to the Government of India, Chief Secretary & Additional Chief Secretary of the State Government; c) Retired, IPS officers of DG Rank; d) Retired IRS officers of Principal Chief Commissioner & Chief Commissioner rank; e) Retired, Chairman, AAI and Board Members of AAI; f) Retired, Chairman & Members of Railway Board; g) Retired, Director General & Additional Director General of CPWD, PWD, MES; h) Independent External Monitors deputed by CVC for AAI for the cases
