> National Testing Agency Excellence in Assessment I University Grants Commission PUBLICNOTICE 08.09.2026 Quality higher education for all (An Autonomous Organization under the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India) Subject: Advisory to Candidates appearing for UGC-NET Examination at Centres in Delhi -Reg. 1. The 18th BRICS Summit is scheduled to be held in Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi from 11 September 2026 to 13 September 2026. In connection with the Summit, extensive security arrangements are being made, and traffic diversions and restrictions are expected to be imposed by the Delhi Traffic Police and other concerned authorities in various parts of Delhi. 2. Although the UGC-NET Examination Centres are not located in the areas expected to be directly affected by the major restrictions, candidates travelling to examination centres in Delhi may experience traffic congestion, diversions and delays on certain routes due to the security and traffic management arrangements. 3. Accordingly, candidates appearing for the UGC-NET Examination at Centres located in Delhiare advised to: a) Plan their journey to the examination centre well in advance; b) Keep sufficient time
