After completing Document Verification, the following candidates have undergone medical examination in Railway hospitals against above mentioned notification but found unfit in prescribed medical category i.e. A3. 2. Above candidates have the option to make an appeal to the Principal Chief Medical Director (PCMD), South Western Railway (SWR), Hubballi against the decision of Railway Medical Authority who conducted the medical Examination. However, appeal should reach at following address before time and date indicated below through Registered post/Speed Post only. Chairman, Railway Recruitment Board, 18, Millers Road, Bengaluru – 560046 Date & Time on or before 18:00 Hours of 10/07/2026 3. Application for the Appeal should be as per proforma- A (Enclosed) along with following enclosures. i) A certificate (in original) as per Proforma- B (Enclosed) from a Government/Private Doctor of the specialty/specialties in which the candidate has been found unfit.
