The UGC-NET June 2026 examination was conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in CBT mode on 22, 23, 24, 25, 29, 30 June 2026 and OS July 2026 across 655 examination centres in 286 cities in 87 subjects across the country. 2. In respect of three subjects, namely English, Commerce and Sociology, NTA shall be re-conducting the examination for these subjects on 09 September 2026 and 10 September 2026.(Please refer to the public notice dated 16th August 2026 in this regard for details) 3.
