Desirable skills/experience 1. Experience in primary research. 2. Data analysis (Qualitative and Quantitative). 3. Experience of writing: study protocols, training protocols, CRF, consent forms, guidelines and manuscript. 4. Software: STATA/SPSS/R/SAS/QGIS. 5. Publications in high impact journals. Notes 1.
