National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test \[NEET (UG)\]-2026 Re-Examination on 21.06.2026 at designated examination centres across India. In accordance with the enhanced security protocols in place for the re-examination, all candidates are informed of the following biometric verification requirements and exception provisions. On the day of the re-examination, after the completion of the mandatory frisking process, every candidate is required to undergo biometric verification ( ) before being permitted to enter the examination room. This is a security requirement and shall be completed prior to the commencement of the examination. Exception Provision: In the event that the biometric verification of a candidate cannot be completed on account of any of the following reasons - device hardware failure, poor quality of biometric data, connectivity failure with UIDAI servers, or physical inability
