No.4/2/2025-CONF-5: Candidates of Railway Board Secretariat Stenographers Service (RBSSS) and Central Vigilance Commission may please refer to the Notice of Grade ‘C’ Stenographers Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2025 published by the Commission on its website on 22.12.2025. 2. Consequent to intimation by Railway Board, Ministry of Railways regarding relaxation in eligibility criteria in respect of Stenographer-D of 2018 batch of RBSSS, the following insertion is made at the end of Para 1(a) “Length of Service” in the column “Conditions of Eligibility” of the table under Para 31 (Crucial date and Conditions of Eligibility) of Annexure-I of the Notice of Examination, in respect of RBSSS: Relaxation for Stenographer-D of 2018 batch of RBSSS, in terms of Rule 21 of RBSSS Rules, 2021: i. One year in Approved Service ii. Up to one year three months and five days in continuous service and iii.
