The new form can be downloaded from Sl.No.11 of the advertisement section, 2026-2027 at the link given below: https://mpsc.mizoram.gov.in/page/advertisement-2026-2027 Applicants who had submitted the previous self-assessment form must submit their self-assessment afresh using the new form. Applicants must assess their academic record/performance in the self- assessment form. Applicants submitting blank forms will be treated as not having academic record/performance for assessment.
