F.No. 6-3/2025-C&P/F/ 8-F7 NATIONAL COUNCIL OF EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH AND TRAINING Sri Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi- 110016 Dated: 18" June, 2025 NOTIFICATION It has been decided that for the Establishment Committee elections (both academic and non-academic), the counting of votes will be done only after mixing all the ballot papers received from different Units, including RIEs, PSSCIVE, CIET and RPDCs. After receiving the sealed ballot boxes from all units, they will be opened in the presence of authorized officials and observers. All the ballot papers will be mixed together properly before starting the counting process. This has been done to ensure that the identity of any particular Unit's voting pattern remains confidential. 3 This procedure is meant to maintain fairness, transparency, and secrecy in the ction process.
